About
Meet Dr. Ryan Demsky, DC
A proud native of Berlin Center, Dr. Ryan Demsky graduated from Western Reserve High School in 2018, where he was a dedicated three-sport athlete, competing in baseball, basketball, and football. Years of intense travel baseball and wearing cleats from a young age led to chronic knee and foot issues—challenges that first introduced him to chiropractic care. After seeing a chiropractor and being fitted with custom orthotics in high school, he experienced life-changing improvements in both his sports performance and overall function. That early success sparked his passion for helping others heal and move better through chiropractic care.
Dr. Demsky earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Youngstown State University in 2021, completing strength and conditioning internships that deepened his understanding of human performance. He went on to graduate from D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY in 2025 with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, where he received high-level training in evidence-based care, neurophysiology, functional rehabilitation outcomes, and nutritional strategies.
His clinical experience includes working in three respected private chiropractic clinics, as well as at the D’Youville Hageman School Clinic, Thrive Rehab and Wellness Center, and the University at Buffalo Neurosurgery Center. These diverse settings allowed him to train alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, pain management physicians, and neurosurgeons—sharpening his skills in treating both complex neurological conditions and everyday musculoskeletal issues.
Now back home in Ohio, Dr. Demsky proudly serves the Boardman/Canfield community through his own practice, Demsky Chiropractic, located within Rehab Unlimited. With a strong foundation in functional rehabilitation and a whole-body, patient-first approach, Dr. Demsky is committed to helping individuals recover from injury, improve performance, and achieve lasting wellness. He is especially grateful for the opportunity made possible by longtime local chiropractor Dr. Thomas Yankush, whose support helped make this next chapter a reality.
